Policy Statement:

无烟政策适用于pg电子游戏试玩的所有设施, property, and vehicles (owned or leased), regardless of location. 禁止在封闭场所吸烟和使用烟草制品, including, but not limited to, offices, classrooms, hallways, waiting rooms, restrooms, meeting rooms, community areas, performance venues and private residential space within ASU. 在户外，禁止在亚利桑那州立大学校园内吸烟和使用烟草制品, including, but not limited to, parking lots, paths, fields, sports/recreational areas, and stadiums, as well as in all personal vehicles while on campus. This policy applies to all students, faculty, staff, and other persons on University property, regardless of the purpose for their visit.

Definitions

B. “水烟”系指用于产生烟雾的水管及任何相关产品和装置, smoke, and/or vapor from the burning of material including, but not limited to, tobacco, shisha, or other plant matter.

C. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted or heated cigar, cigarette, pipe, 或任何其他点燃或加热的供吸入的烟草或植物制品, including hookahs and marijuana, whether natural or synthetic, in any manner or in any form. “吸烟”还包括使用产生气溶胶或蒸气的电子吸烟装置, in any manner or in any form, 或者为规避本条禁止吸烟的规定而使用任何口服吸烟装置.

D. ‘Tobacco Product” means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. 用于治疗尼古丁或烟草依赖.

Transition Period

Compliance and Enforcement

The Universityholdsresponsibilitiesto:

Public Safety – 校园警察负责对访客执行这一政策， students, staff, faculty, and vendors when appropriate. Courtesy and diplomacy must be used when enforcing this policy campus-wide.

Individuals found in violation of this policy will be fined $100.00 dollars for each violation. I除强制罚款外，纪律处分按一般校园执行 disciplinary procedures maybe invoked for multiple violations.

Communications

Notification of this policy shall be communicated to faculty, staff, 、学生及其他人士，透过大学决定的方式. 该政策也将公布在pg电子游戏试玩的网站上. 有关该政策的公告及其任何变更应通过大学确定的方式进行沟通. Compliance reminder signs (e.g.(“禁止吸烟”)，并须在大学所有地点张贴告示.

Concerns regarding student, faculty, staff, 违反此政策的访客应分别提交学生事务处处理, the Office of Human Resources, and/or the University Police Department.
